Beginners (Beg)
Ideal for beginners or for a more gentle class. Basic asanas, introduction to using the breath, focus on technique, using props and preparing for more advanced levels. Plenty of instruction and teacher assistance available. 1 hour class.
Mixed
This class is suitable for most people, and for anyone wishing to attend on a casual basis. A combination of breathing exercises, asana and relaxation. Hatha/Flow style. 1 hour class.

what you need to know

  • All classes are approximately 1 hour in duration unless stated otherwise.
  • Please notify your yoga teacher if you have a serious injury or illness, or are pregnant. Whilst yoga is generally beneficial for your health, adaptations need to be made in these circumstances for your own safety.
  • For your comfort it is recommended that you practice yoga 2 -4 hours after a meal.
  • All yoga gear is provided by the studio: yoga mats, blocks, blankets, and bolsters. Please feel free to bring your own gear if you have it.
