Yoga is a complete form of exercise that can be practiced by anyone regardless of age, sex or level of fitness.

We have Hatha and Hatha flow yoga styles available, as well as beginners classes go through basic yoga principles, breathing techniques and alignment.

In every class the teacher endeavours to incorporate both the physical and mental benefits of yoga by the practice of asana, relaxation and breathing techniques. We welcome both casual and regular practitioners, and can also cater for absolute beginners. Everyone is welcome!
